Thanks Ann and everyone for your suggestions.I will review the links that
you posted.  I will mention to the strategic planning committee that we
should look into hiring a consultant to work on community organization and
social development. Several of our committees would like to use sociocracy
as our governance structure. I appreciate Patzy Boomer's post about
reading Head
