We came across this Oct. 5, 2018 article and find it puzzling:

It seems to suggest investing in other people's cohousing, not just
the notion that buying a house is a wise "investment" (IMHO a dubious
proposition given volotility in housing prices and the 2008 crash).

Is anyone aware of significant investor money to build cohousing?
