Good morning all.

This citation popped up in my email this morning.  It’s a paper from 2015.

This paper is authored by Charly Loper, a real estate developer, and Dr. Nancy 
White, Central Michigan University.  Are you familiar with either of these 
folks?  

The paper is four years old yet I’m having trouble placing it in the unfolding 
studies regarding cohousing.  Did I miss its publication when it was first 
available?  Or did I read it and don’t remember it?  (Now, there’s a problem …) 
 Either way … here it is again or just now …  :-)

Have either Charly Loper or Dr. White attended one of our national conferences?

I have downloaded the paper but have only cursorily looked at it.
