Do you have events in your Common House that are open to the larger
community / the public? E.g. concerts, speakers, dances. How do you
generally deal with these kind of events?



1.How do you advertise these even?

1.A Do you use social media to advertise/post events.

2. Does your insurance cover events that include non-residents or do you
have to get special event insurance.
