Cohousing-L Mailing List: Rural Cohousing Community on 4 Acres?

In the quest to build Mirador Astronomy Village or something like it, I am 
looking at the possibility of building a cohousing community on 4 acres I 
already own in southwestern New Mexico.

The 4-acre parcel of land is 660 ft. E-W and 264 ft. N-S with a N-S road on the 
west side of the property.

My question is, roughly speaking at least, how large a cohousing community 
could be built on this parcel of land?  How many houses?
