Greece Cohousing Community is one of several projects now being
developed in Greece.  More information regarding this project is

ourselves and other developments, focusing specifically on two
features:  1.  Size (our community is small, from 10-20 household) and
2.  Construction (we are not building from scratch, but will repurpose
an already existing housing development, known in Greece as a "villa
complex.")  Non-Greeks are welcome to apply, and will be able to take
advantage of the "Golden Visa" program, that provides (among other
things) the cheapest way to become permanent residents of a European
