Greece Cohousing Community is a new project, to be located on the
island of Crete or on the mainland, within sight of the sea. The
community will be small -- between ten and twenty households -- and
will occupy houses already developed as a complex of villas. As a
multi-generational and multi-national community, we welcome
participation by individuals and families of all types and sizes, and
from all countries. The cost of a Greek "golden" visa is the cheapest
in Europe, and there is no minimum time in country requirement.
