Before we list our house on the market we are entertaining referrals from
other Coho's who would like to live in cohousing.  We have a 4 bedroom
(plus an office), 2 bath condominium in downtown Sacramento.   We will be
selling very quickly due to the need to move out to care for a family
member.  We ask that Redfin be used as both seller and buyer pay just 1% if
they use Redfin.
