Were the requirements/expectations processed as a consensus decision? Did everyone have a time to explain their concerns and some effort made to address them? We have a team that is pretty autocratic in their decisions but exceptions and work arounds have been made for people who needed exceptions — like grandparents coming to help with new babies. And people needing to use a quiet room in the CH for work Zoom meetings. We have essentially decided by consent to their decisions. It’s a relatively large group with professional knowledge in this area so I think everyone accepts their judgments. But if anyone disagreed, we would discuss it. It has been consent by “no objections.” Sharon ---- Sharon Villines Takoma Village Cohousing, Washington DC http://www.takomavillage.org
