I'm interested in this too. We do have affordable housing and are looking to expand it considerably. One of the risks if the educating/acquainting process is not done carefully is that people join the community because they want an affordable house (and we are in an extremely desirable area), and they may not be committed to the values, principles and just plain hard work that CoHousing requires. We've mostly been blessed with wonderful co-residents- _and_ with considerable expansion in the offing, this is also a concern.
