Intention to be a neighborhood. Talk to each other. Discuss feelings. Recognize 
that each person has different interests, skills, abilities, experiences and 
that each one makes a fuller community.

Don’t try to improve each other. It won't work and it will alienate people. A 
small group getting together to discuss better morning routines is very 
different than setting a goal of being a better mornings community.
