Hi Joel,
Here at Sand River (Santa Fe, NM) we have just one guest room (with twin beds) 
with private bath.  We can accommodate an extra guest in our small library with 
a pull-out bed.  We are 28 units so not as  big Common House, perhaps, as many 
others.  This arrangement, however,  has served us very well.

Dear Friends,

We are looking at various options for our Common House Guest Rooms in our
"forming" community!  Several of the Common Houses I have visited have had
just two guest rooms and a shared bathroom.  Is this sort of the norm, or
are there other configurations folks have designed/
