As others have said, dues depend a lot on your individual circumstances, but I 
would guess that if you averaged similar communities, you’d get a pretty good 
idea of what your dues may be.

Our monthly dues for 2022 are: 
Household of 0 (vacant home): $120
Household of 1: $176
Household of 2: $231
Household of 3: $287
Household of 4: $343
Household of 5: $399

Some details:
24 households
dues are based 50% per household and 50% per person
very rural community with pastures to steward, which costs ~$5K/yr
each of us owns our own home so HOA dues only pay for maintaining community 
assets: common house, workshop, greenhouse, barns — not private homes
we have our own roads (snow plowing and maintenance) and water and septic 
systems paid for with HOA dues
HOA dues also pay for garbage collection and recycling
a significant part of our dues (25% - 35%?) go into building reserves
