Hi Muriel,

Mosaic does have document storage and organization. The actual storage is on 
the same hosted server that hosts the websites. Documents aren't typically very 
big and space is cheap so I'm not worried about running out of room. Everything 
is backed up on a different server in a different part of the country.

Mosaic has some high level structure: there are modules for Documents, Minutes, 
Recipes, Reviews

within the Document modules, documents are organized by type (Policy, 
Reference, Process, Archive, Tip, or whatever you want) and also documents can 
belong to teams/committees.

everything can be searched.

Some new additions that are in the works are tags and folders.
