Cohousing-L Mailing List: Looking for smoking and pet agreement examples for multifam cohos

Washington Commons, now under construction in West Sacramento CA, is
seeking examples of community agreements (or guidelines and policies) that
address (1) pets and (2) smoking.
We are especially interested in examples from communities with
apartment-style buildings in which the private units share some walls,
floors, and ceilings, have balconies, and that have limited or no large
landscaped yards.  Coho-L has some helpful examples, but it is mostly not
possible to tell in those messages how close the units are to each other.
