Cohousing-L Mailing List: Property Taxes

Some of our prospective members are asking what the property taxes might be
for their Cohousing homes.  Naturally, there are no such animals in the
region, so nothing to compare...

I'm sure all of you who live in Cohousing had the same question.  So, how
were your homes assessed with respect to the various other housing
developments in your area?  Perhaps we would be able to derive some idea of
what our taxes might be by looking at yours.
