I sent out an email message and only one neighbor came. This sounds like a 911 call. If someone needs to go to the hospital, 911 is the fastest way to get them there. We use the members email list for all messages and even in the middle of the night people get responses. There is someone receiving email all hours of the day and night on their computer, watch, or phone. People are aware of who might not be reading or notified and can alert them with a knock on the door. If 911 has been called, that is posted as well.
