Thank you very much for your replies. Someone asked why we are thinking
about an urgent communication system. Relatively late at night a man was
incessantly yelling pounding on a neighbor's door. It seemed to me like a
situation where it would have been good if several neighbors were available
to help. I sent out an email message and only one neighbor came.
