Washington Commons has a Zoom Pro account -- same as what Phil from Cornerstone described. I believe it is $150/year and does not require any payment per user. Use of the room doesn't require scheduling it or setting up a meeting; you just go there. Team leads can "claim host". To avoid calendar conflicts, anytime a team is planning to use the zoom, they have to post the meeting on our community google calendar and show the link. That informs others that that the zoom is already reserved for that time, and team members can go to the calendar to get the link. Our IT team (which by the way we have named "eComITy") under the leadership of Barbara Scott prepared an instruction sheet for the whole community. We only got the community zoom account a few months ago. So far, no problems!
