Zoom support TOTP 2FA, which can be used by something like google 
authenticator.  The 2FA code is scanned in via a 2d barcode.

It would be a relatively simple matter to set up the 2FA via TOTP code 
and screenshot or print out the 2d barcode for the setup. Then, each 
person needing the 2FA would just load Google Authenticator on their 
phone and scan the barcode to set it up for the 2FA code generation.... 
every chair has the ability to generate the second factor.
