If you haven’t built or stocked the inside areas do it now. Promises are not persuasive. A major reason one of our large households moved was for a backyard. A secure space that is only accessible from inside the house where children could play without fear of wandering off or intruders or stray dogs. With 4 children and planning more, it was essential. But large units are not only purchased by households with children. Another person was not able to move in because she needed the 2-car garage for her life-sized political puppet-making business.
