Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing-L in full moderation / Racial Diversity

Due to concerns about the possible direction the current
Racial Diversity in Cohousing posts might take, the mailing list
has been put in "Emergency moderation" mode.  All list posts will be
held for moderation. Any post that is deemed too inflamatory or
inappropiate will not be distributed. I do not look forward to
making such a determination and hope that posts will be respectful.

I expect this will be just for a few days but we will see. I expect
most posts will be approved tho it will add a little delay.
But in case I am wrong this will allow some intervention.

Email is not the best way to discuss difficult issues - it is prone to
misinterpretation, lacks nonverbal cues etc. Please be extra careful
in composing posts on this topic. One or more zoom sessions on this topic
are being condidered. Zoom can be better tho not as good as in person.

I do not want to discourage dealing with Racial Diversity in Cohousing
but I do want to discourage miscommunication and misunderstandings.
