Cohousing-L Mailing List: Right of First Refusal

Greetings, all.

Here at FrogSong, some community members are interested in the potential 
benefits of adding a Right of First Refusal to our CC&Rs.  
I'm grateful for the Cohousing-L archives and I see past threads about Right of 
First Refusal.  Most are from between 1999-2010.  I imagine some additional 
communities might have adopted Right of First Refusal since then. 
I'd love to hear first-hand experience from any communities who have and have 
actually used their Right of First Refusal and in what ways has using it 
impacted the community.  
And for any communities in California, it would be additionally helpful to see 
the language you've included in your CC&Rs.
