Hi Lew,

Could you share the language that you have in your CC&R?s or By-laws that 
establishes this process? We attempt to do all these things, but without a 
legal basis to enforce it, have not been able to get cooperation in several 
sales.

Recently, a disaffected member of our community put her house on the open 
market without following any of our process. Numerous attempts to get the real 
estate agent to share our documents and requests with the buyer were completely 
ignored. Now we have a member who has no interest in our community though he 
has been a good sport about it, and does a weekly chore.
