Hi Joel,

I manage the community garden at Lake Claire CoHousing in Atlanta, GA and I
am also the community garden plot manager for our adjacent Community Land
Trust (not a part of the CoHousing, but some members of both initiatives
have been involved in each others' development and management over many
decades) and would be glad to talk this through with you and others. I'm
very passionate about community gardening, but years of managing them has
taught me a lot about human nature and the practicalities of managing
shared outdoor spaces.

Best,
Sara
