My next 10-week Sociocracy for Communities course will be daytime on Saturdays  
starting March 30. (10am-12:30pm Pacific, 1:00-3:30 Eastern) I teach Sociocracy 
specifically for intentional communities—including, of course, cohousing. My 
work over the years has shown me the special benefits and also the challenges 
of making decisions  in an intentional community setting, and I teach 
Sociocracy to address these.. Ten weeks offers participants enough time for to 
learn each of the seven parts thoroughly, with plenty of practice for each. In 
my experience, Sociocracy works best in communities when the group uses all 
seven parts, not just some, and uses them as they were designed (as compared to 
using them partially, inaccurately, or by combining them with another 
method—all of which reduces Sociocracy's effectiveness, and can even induce 
another source of conflict!)

The Early Bird Discount ($250-$450) is on right now, as well as the even lower 
Five Person Discount ($220-$420)—for five or more from the same group who 
register together.

Registered participants will immediately receive a link to the watch-ahead 
videos and read-ahead handouts for each week's Sociocracy topic so they can get 
a sense ahead of time of what they'll learn.
