Pleasant 3-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with hardwood floors available
for rent 2/1/24 in a small, friendly, multigenerational cohousing
community near the beach, AJ's Market and Cabrillo College. One of
the bedrooms is a pass-through, so the townhouse is best suited to a
family.

We are looking for responsible, eco-friendly tenants, (preferably a
family) who are good communicators and interested in being an active
participant in our New Brighton Cohousing community.

cooking and eating our community meals, participate in a team than
helps keep up some part of the grounds or Common House (our shared
community building) and are strongly encouraged to join in our
every-other month community building gatherings as well as occasional
social events. Well-behaved pets OK.

Water and garbage are included in the rent; you would install Wifi and
pay your PGE. References and proof of ability to pay rent will be
required. First, last and security deposit required, though some
portion of last month's rent could be paid during the second month
of rental. If tenants' donate hours participating in keeping the
grounds or commonhouse, they can receive a reduction in rent
the month following the hours, the equivalent of $15/hour, up to 6
hours. Must be fully vaccinated with the most recent vaccine and
willing to follow COVID protocols. No smoking anywhere on property.
