Nice to hear from you and thank you for your reply. I agree with your comments 
that a (c)3 is not appropriate for a cohousing community project. It might be a 
good fit for the Cohousing Research Network though - which I forgot to mention.

Thank you for reminding me about Ithaca Ecovillage (EVI). I will reach out to 
my colleagues there and seek guidance. I’ll also ask Wild Sage about how they 
managed the affordable housing initiative.
