Lauren - We do quite a bit of non-licensed work repairing common space problems 
by community members. That work includes squeaky doors, replacing power 
outlets, water leaks. We had a handyman who did discounted work in exchange for 
use of our shop. We parted ways when he decided getting insurance wasn’t worth 
the benefit. We have occasional conflicts with our resident handy men when they 
are snubbed in favor of licensed contractors for gas leaks and complicated 
electrical repairs.
