Cohousing-L Mailing List: anyone collecting common meal recipes?

It seems like a no brainer to collect some easy recipes that are adaptable
to accommodate dietary needs.  Our cooks here at Cherry Hill Cohousing do a
great job of offering variations on a single menu.  For example, on Monday
we had meatball heroes -- with some on gluten free rolls, veggie meatballs
or ground beef, with and without cheese plus a salad on the side. There was
also an option to have veggie or meatballs without tomato sauce.

Wouldn't it be cool to submit some menus into a Google folder for
sharing...
