Yes, I agree, they’re sensitive to excess moisture. I have Marmoleum installed 
in my office, and took a risk by installing it in my kitchen too. I love how it 
feels in both places, but had to replace a bunch of the kitchen flooring when 
my dishwasher failed and leaked water on the floor while I was out of town.
