We are wondering how other coho communities do project management for projects that are large-scale expensive, and/or complex. We'll have to re-asphalt our interior roads (not the pedways) in a couple of years, and paving contractors are notoriously difficult to schedule, stay in touch with, and track progress, at least around here, so that will be challenging to manage. That's the biggest job that we can predict for now, but there will be other big capital maintenance needs coming along as well, now that our infrastructure is about 22 years old. Do you have a long-term relationship with a project management professional who handles both occasional big repairs and on-going maintenance? Or do you hire a PM on a one-time basis for a given job? Or are you able to handle everything with members volunteering and actually following through? I will really appreciate knowing how you do this. Muriel at Shadowlake Village
