Cohousing-L Mailing List: does your community have a policy/guidelines for handling inheritance (of a unit)?

I'm looking for formal or informal ways communities are dealing with issues
that come up when a unit is passed along to a beneficiary after a member
has passed.

Also do you have documents outlining how you orient new homeowners?

Any wisdom/experience you have will be shared at the Denver cohousing
conference.
