Hager Homestead is a 55+ cohousing community - the first in New England. We
have 26 households, 7 of which have purchased and moved in and are living
the dream. The remaining homes have buyers and are within *days* of
completion - we expect many to close by end of July. Yes, THIS July, 2024!
The available unit was purchased by someone who recently left for another
cohousing community nearby. That happens, right?



Our community is in Littleton, MA in the MetroWest area, the outer suburbs
30 miles NW of Boston. It's usually around 45 minutes to drive into the
city except in rush hour, when it takes…longer. But the happy news is that
our property is 2mi from the commuter rail station for a more relaxed
commute.

Our homes are built on the street-facing front 3 acres, with the walkable
remainder under conservation, adding to Littleton's nearly 300 acres of

There is a quiet, small-town, farming vibe here, but with big-town
amenities very close at hand. There are farm stands and orchards, the
