Cohousing-L Mailing List: TIC financing in California

Hi folksDo any cohousing communities in California have a TIC?   If so, where 
do you get your mortgages?
As of now, we only know one bank that will loan to us.   There are others that 
make TIC loans in San Francisco but not in our county.  
The National Cooperative Bank has told us numerous times that they don’t make 
loans in California so I don’t think that has changed.  
Another question would be does anyone know any other ways to have the property 
organized in California besides a TIC, since our county won’t let us condo-ize.
