One of the smartest things we did when we moved in 16 years ago was to
require everyone to have their condo fees automatically withdrawn from
their bank account each month via ACH. We have never had anyone disagree
with that policy, we have never had an unpaid fee, and we have never had
the bad feelings that come from having to pester a neighbor, or being
pestered.
