We had a team determine three choices of kitchen/BA floors, three choices of countertops, two choices of cabinetry. We had options for where to put the cable connection, and could choose to not get the standard stove. Also there was an optional attic upgrade for the electric. Then five colors of the homes, the team took our first and second choices and then assigned colors. Oddly, you could, for awhile, almost tell where the earliest owners were as they had almost all chosen red houses. (We had less than half the homes sold at move-in.) -Liz (The Rev.
