Hi Susan,
Coho observer here planning for future occupancy who spent the last 14 months 
helping a small, resource-constrained company setup and implement HubSpot. It’s 
robust, flexible, customizable, and multi-featured but its design and UI are 
not particularly intuitive or plug-and-play or low maintenance. Can generate 
great reports and has an optional marketing service to produce and send 
newsletters but I could never figure out how to send newsletters to the 
existing customer list. 
A plus for Hubspot is the ease with which you can plug its widgets (especially 
a contact form) into a Wordpress or similar CMS-website, so inquiries thru an 
attached website automatically are entered into the prospects database.

May I recommend you compare Hubspot with two simpler, more basic and effective 
CRM tools? Check out Nutshell and Monday!
