Hi Susan and all,

We’ve used HubSpot for several years now. We do a monthly newsletter and are 
able to edit it fairly easily.  We have RSVPs for our events through HubSpot 
which creates forms and lists. When we meet with prospects we put our notes on 
HubSpot. Over the years folks who have come to onsite tours return for another 
look and we can remember them because we have our notes on HubSpot.

We can also to special emails targeting those who have expressed greater 
interest. 

Now that we’ve moved in, those who were interested but not ready are taking a 
second look. We started moving in in June and have 3 remaining units to sell.  
Reviewing our HubSpot lists will help get us to sellout.
