At Cohousing Abq our Heart and Soul circle is working on our Conflict 
Transformation plan.  We have run into a question around confidentiality when 
someone or a group seeks support for a challenge they are having.  Whereas we 
all agree we need to hold what’s shared in confidence, how do we state when we 
would choose that another value overrides that?   When possibility of harm to 
oneself or others is expressed, if sexual misconduct is expressed….
If any communities have wording in their conflict agreements that might be 
helpful, we’d appreciate your input
