Hello Henry,
Here is how we hold the aims and domains of these two circles at Cherry
Hill Cohousing. We use the sociocracy/dynamic governance form of governance.

*Coordinating Circle*
Aim: Meeting community needs by coordinating community services in ways
that are effective, efficient, and transparent.
Domain: Issues involving multiple Circles; community issues, operations
and/or policies not delegated to a Work Circle. Delegation of
responsibilities & authorities to existing or new Circles; effective
day-to-day management of the community; preparation of Full Circle (whole
community) meetings (retreats, budget meeting, special meetings);
confirmation of subcircle leaders and delegates.
Subcircles: B&G; Member Services; Common House; PALS (Plants, Animals &
Land Stewardship)

*Community Life Circle*
Aim: Supporting connection and well-being of members
Domain: Policies and activities related to community life in the areas of
housing, membership, communication, work, finances, play, and interpersonal
relations.
Subcircles: Work HUB; Care & Counsel, Fun, Finance, Membership, Governance
Improvement, Vision/Resilience
