Hello,

My name is Henry Hirschel, and I am a member of the Berkeley Moshav in 
Berkeley, California. I am part of a group of individuals that is developing 
the Domain and Aim for the Coordinating Circle and Community Life Circle.

We have had several discussions and are now at the point where we would like to 
learn how other cohousing communities define their Domain and Aim for these two 
circles.

It would be extremely helpful if communities are willing to share the Domain 
and Aim they currently use. Additionally, I would love to have the opportunity 
to speak with you about the positive aspects and challenges the current 
structure creates in your community.

Understanding how other communities approach these roles will provide valuable 
insights and help us refine our own processes. Your input will be instrumental 
in shaping a cohesive and effective framework for our community.
