Cohousing-L Mailing List: Seeking Amharic and Spanish translations

Takoma Village Cohousing is located in Washington, DC, which has a large 
international population. We are actively working to expand the diversity of 
our membership and would like to translate some of our materials from English 
into other languages.

Do you know of accepted translations in Amharic or in Spanish for the following 
two words:
* cohousing
* consensus

If not, can you suggest other resources we might contact for help?
