Hi david, we are pretty happy with Newman CPAs. They’re located in
Encinitas? Somewhere San Diego way.

They charged us $3000 for the audit plus $250 for the 1129h

Most of the work was done by juniors. Matthew Anderson cpa was the manager
on the job and Mr Newman is the signing partner.

You need to be proactive asking questions if you want information. There
isn’t much consultation time. But the work was competent and we will gladly
work with them again.
