Hello!

Southside Park Cohousing in downtown Sacramento currently has a 1BR unit

As one of the first communities built in the U.S., we are an established
community with 25 units. Our turnover seems to go in waves, where we have
none for a couple years, and then random things happen around the same
time. We're conveniently located for commuting to downtown jobs and are 1.5
hours from the San Francisco Bay Area, while also 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe
and the mountains. The train station is just half a mile down the street,
so Bay Area commuters can easily hop on by biking to the station.

Sometime this spring, we will also have another 2BR for sale, as well as a
5BR, so we've got opportunities for various sizes.
