Cohousing-L Mailing List: Renting out space in a common house/ providing classes in common space

Our common house has both common space and private units

I’m wondering if there are other coho communities out there that have this set 
up and also make their common spaces available for rental 

If so, I’m curious how you handle issues of insurance, security and privacy
