Looks/sounds like you have a great project going. 



My older daughter lives in SF now and we have a younger daughter who may move 
into the area later this year. They were both born in SF. 



My wife and I like to come out as often as possible but we're not ready yet to 
commit to more extended stays/making a move back. I'd definitely like to keep 
in touch about how you're progressing with your plan!

Hello all, 
Our family of 5 is kicking off our efforts to launch a retrofit cohousing 
community in San Francisco. We've purchased a 3-unit property in the Inner 
Richmond neighborhood where we plan to rent out the other units and live in 
one ourselves, and over time build additional ADUs and also engage with 
neighbors to expand the community (down with the fences!) 
 
We have a junior 1 BD for rent, but more generally we are seeking someone
