Hi fellow cohousers,Here at Jackson Place Cohousing, a 23 year old community in urban Seattle, Washington, we have just set up an ad hoc affordability group to research and refine possible strategies for our cohousing community to pursue for greater affordability.
We would like to know if other cohousing communities have experienced a large increase in projected recommended reserves due to accumulated
inflation? If you have, how are you planning to deal with this?We have checked the Cohousing-L archives. But our affordability group is hoping to learn more, especially with respect to reserves.
Cohousingly, Sylvie Sylvie Kashdan Community Outreach Liaison Jackson Place Cohousing 800 Hiawatha Place South Seattle, WA 98144 https://jacksonplacecohousing.org info [at] jacksonplacecohousing.org
