Cohousing-L Mailing List: financial report for members

I am a member of Cathedral Park Cohousing, forming community in Portland,
OR. Our finance circle is working to develop basic financial reporting for
members, something anyone can use to get an overview of money in/out, etc.
Clarifying this is not about detailed financial records we will keep for
the community but a financial report to share with all members. Looking for
example reports, templates or any related tips & ideas.
