The plans I most like are from Frog Song https://www.cotaticohousing.org/ and 
Fair Oaks Ecohousing https://www.fairoaksecohousing.org/ who appeared to use 
the same architect. Others I looked at will not be for sale. To ensure age 
diversity in a small development, I would like to have an accessible unit on 
the bottom floor and an identical unit on the 2nd. We’re at the stage where I 
need to draw some rectangles on our survey for a visit to the building 
department. Erik Bonnett, the architect for cohousing in Bozeman, MT is going 
to send me the floor plan for a 4 plex he designed and lives in.
